CONSULTING: PROGRAM RESTRUCTURING & DEVELOPMENT
Our year long consulting partnerships with schools and school districts allows us to develop lasting relationships with leadership and educators. We work closely with schools and/or districts to evaluate their current program and assist with developing strategies for a new program direction.
PARENT INVOLVEMENT WORKSHOPS/MEETINGS
Our parent involvement workshops equips parents with the tools and strategies needed to assist educators in the academic success of their children. It also allows parents to become effective contributors in parent and teacher conferences. Our workshops allows parents to effectively assist students at home with homework help and in developing home study plans that will promote academic success in children.
SPECIAL SERVICES AUDIT AND TRAINING
With these services, we focus specifically on the Special Education Department to review school/district policies and practices and make recommendations assist schools/districts in being compliant with federal and state IDEA regulations. We also provide training and/or workshops to assist with school wide inclusion and resource services.
