MY "WHY" AS AN EDUCATOR
This topic gives educational leaders and educators an in-depth look as to the decision making process in becoming an educator of future generations of students.
With the steady change in educational norms, educators have become frustrated and confused as to the reason they became an educator and the tasks that are expected of them to be effective in the educational setting.
My training goes in-depth to the core of and allows us to revisit our reasons for being an educator.
It also helps educational leaders and educators begin the process of effectively communicating to re-evaluate current processes and procedures and restructuring those processes and procedures to foster and build educator, parent and student relationships.
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARENTS AND STUDENTS (COMPACT)
This topic helps educators understand the importance of building healthy relationships with their students and parents.
Although it may seem effortless for some educators to build effective relationships, others may struggle with this concept due to generational/cultural perceptions.
Educators will be given tips and strategies to build healthy and effective relationships.
Educators will also be able to work with coworkers in small groups to develop a parent/student "Relationship Building Activity"
